CDNE功能：信号耦合或去耦合。最常见用于EMC（电磁兼容）传导抗扰度测试中，给设备及辅助设备供电，起到隔离电网噪声，同时耦合干扰信号到设备的目的。

在EMI测试中，耦合去耦网络主要应用在30-300MHz的频段内，用于代替暗室中的辐射测试项目。
